Service Level Agreements
A service contract would not only ensure that all your Audio Visual equipment is maintained regularly but could also save you money. Various Service Level Contracts are available to suite each customer’s individual requirements ranging from a basic annual service or Portable Appliance Test, through to a comprehensive maintenance, service, repair and emergency call-out service.

Service Management System
All customers with a service contract have the option to subscribe to the Pinnerton Service Management System. This allows priority reporting of faults and service requests via a dedicated web page. Filling out the service report form will guarantee a priority response to your request.
